Before coming to Mexico, she competed in Europe where
her exceptional technique did not go unnoticed. Her international career
continued in events like Aachen, Falsterbo and Spangenberg. Her most
recent successes include a 3rd in the Grand Prix Monterrey 1996, 5th in
the Derby Monterrey 1997 and she won the Grand Prix CSIA of Monterrey, a
qualifier for the WEG in 1998.
Argentina La Silla�s father, the powerful Athlete, is a
large horse with agile movements and exceptional jumping ability. His
offspring inherit these characteristics, along with his style and
attitude. Good examples of this are the well known Athletico, Athletica,
Adelfos and Valeska.
Her dam, Indina, belongs to the Holsteiner
line of Metellus, from the same maternal line as Carentino, grandson of
the famous sire of jumping horses Manometer XX {by Ferro
XX}.
