Sandro's Way
Arturos
is one of the first foals by our International Stallion Arturo 8.
As a young horse Arturo 8 was Champion of his Grading and this success
continued throughout his career
- 4th Hamburg Derby
- 4th Wef Challenge VI ($26,750)
- 4th Tommy Bahama Challenge ($25,000)
- Winner of 12 1.50m classes
Arturo 8 is not only a competition stallion but has also proved himself as a fantastic breeding stallion having already produced 3 stallions approved by the Holstein Studbook as well as a number of horses competing in the showjumping ring in Germany.
Arturo 8 Pedigree is second to none both his sire and damn are renowned producers of showjumping horses. Athlet Z (Alme Z x Gotthard) was bred at Zangersheide in 1979 and was sold as a colt to the legendary stallion rearer Maas Joh. Hell. There Athlet Z developed into a producer of many international showjumping horses, such as Adelfos (Markus Fuchs), Almox Athletico (Ludger Beerbaum), Valeska (Michael Ruping), Sprehe Avion (Ludger Beerbaum) etc. In a study carried out by a top french breeder Athlet Z was ranked the 4th best stallion by progeny in his age category. This is very impressive considering he is in the same category as Darco, Voltaire and Libero H.
Arturo`s Damn Wodka is by Lord out of Ramiro Z mare. Lord won the
stallion approval in 1969 and quickly became a successful sire.
In 1994 alone, his progeny won over 355,000 DM in Germany. Lord`s

the world`s top names, including Armerica I, Top Seed (Anne Kursinski),
Indeed (Anne Kursinski), L`Eperon, Lordon, Lord Z, Latinus, Montanus,
Jump, BB Comtessa, Elmshorn, Landsohn, Lord Caletto, Ligorett and
