High Offley Stud had a succesfull day the equicours stallion grading there was tough competition and only five stallions two of which were high offleys stud`s Bohemian Business & Crocodile Dundy Z.
Bohemian Business was a home bred stallion by It`s The Business out of a Sultan mare.
Crocodile Dundy Z is a new addition to High Offley Stud by Carthago Z out of a Ramiro Z mare he has fantastic breeding and looks to die for. All three judged him to have exceptional scope and balance.

Arturo 8 retiring to stud duties
After a successful career, International showjumper Arturo 8 has been retired to stud. Arturo 8 damaged a tendon while competing in January 2003, although now fully recovered the owners High Offley Stud have decided the risk of further injury while competing at top level is too great. Arturo (Arthur as he is affectionately known) is a favorite at the yard and will stand at the Stud in Staffordshire.
For the previous 12 months prior to his injury Arturo was competed in the U.K. by Geoff

Geoff Billington Olympic Showjumper now rides for High Offley Stud, his son James Billington will also be riding in the young riders competitions on our horses Barry Bug and Sunnoras Sun.
Geoff will be riding Niagra B, Arturo 8 and our exciting new Stallion FrouFrou D’anchin. Frou Frou will be competing for the first time in the UK his first show will be at the Southview Premier Show.

Top Australian holsteiner breeding operation Noblewood Park Stud is downsizing and many of its horses will be sold later this year.
Owners Robynne McTaggart and Tony Trevisan said that as they are spending increasing amounts of time overseas they no longer have the time to commit to the stud as they have in previous years.

Today at the bsja scope festival of showjumping was the 1.30m final sponsored by our selves, a lineup of some very talented horses and riders competed in the final to provide some fantastic jumping, 12 horses made it to the jump off including our own Niagra B who jumped a very good clear but with some very fast horses following her she finished in 5th place. Belgian show jumping stud Studbook Zangersheide (SZ) is urging UK sport horse breeders wanting to use its stallions to contact the stud direct, after severing connections with France-based Ken Rehill, who acted as the British agent for the stud.
