Equimagnets is a family run business which started in 1996.At this time Equimagnets where one of the first companies in the country to specialise in using magnetic therapy on horses and dogs.

Kerry followed up many clients purchases as feedback as she wanted to know exactly what conditions and physical symptoms the magnets where helping with.
Results where amazing arthritis, migraine, muscle stiffness, inflammation, windgalls, tendon injuries, shoulder injuries, splints, back injuries, carpel tunnel, knee injuries, muscle wastage, to name but a few, Kerry was impressed, also many horses and ponies where coming to me with unidentified problems some where very chronic but the magnets seemed to be helping with these conditions with as well!

Magnetic therapy is now used by over 200 million people worldwide. Clinical studies in the U.S., Japan and Europe have shown magnetic therapy to be a safe, effective method of relieving pain and promoting healing and since 2006 in the UK the NHS has started to prescribe them! but there is a bit of a waiting list!
Having studied and researched magnetic therapy a deeper understanding of how ours and our animals bodies become out of balance, started to immerge. More study was needed so...
In 2001 - Reiki 1 & 2
Kerry trained as a reiki practitioner, obtaining Level one (Beginners) & Level 2 (Practitioners Level)
What Is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results
In 2005 - Hair Analysis (Looking at the imbalances within the physical, emotional ,mental and spiritual bodies)
Kerry started studying hair analysis with practicals! Her son who had physical symptoms of (severe dyslexia & dysculia with huge emotional problems and depression) and herself physical symptoms of (heat of top right of head, dizziness, speech impairment, had began to drop items when holding them, candida was identified in the gut as well as on the brain by a hair analysis)
Training in hair analysis had began! The practicals where put into practise first, getting Conor, Kerry's son back into balance, she needed to pull out all the toxins, remove any fungus/candida, parasites, replace the deficiencies, remove the electromagnetic that was effecting his body and start addressing the emotional issues that had developed because of the dyslexia and dsycalcula, the first stage took approximately 6 weeks and the difference was quite amazing!
Kerry had been told after a doctors assessment at the Bristish Dsylexic Insitute that because of her sons emotional problems that she recommended that he see a psychiatrist to help him, thankfully the hair anlaysis allowed her to look at the whole picture of his problems so that the visit never had to occur!
Kerry's own illness had developed into a very unpleasant "place to be" and for some of you that have experienced that feeling of never being right, or feeling like a hypochondriac, or just simply fed up of feeling unwell, I am sure you can relate to that.
The hair analysis had provided a report with its findings of imbalances, intolerances, toxins, fungus and parasites, and thankfully its recommendations on how to put the body back into balance. With so many things being out of balance it was difficult to begin with especially as the diet for this particular problem was vegan! But thankfully only for 6 weeks!
Kerry was commited and followed the instructions regliously and was desperate to get well. Faith in what she was doing and commitment certainly paid off as 6 weeks later, her physical health was the best it had ever been, energy levels where high, emotional and mentally she felt great, a far cry from how she had felt previously. The passion for helping others discover good health for themselves and their animals started there!

In 2006 - EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) EFT ADV (advanced practitioner)
Thankfully now physically fit and healthy but... a few years later Kerry's emotional health started to rear its ulgy head, this lead to another period of intensive study into the effect that our emotions have on us and how, traumas that we experience, whether physically or verbally effect our emotional and mental health, which in turn can and will lead onto the start of physical problems! Unfortunately many of us never make the connection of what our body is trying to tell us about our physically problem!
The theory behind EFT is that all emotional upsets are caused by disturbances in the body's energy system. Correct the disturbance, and the emotional upset dissipates. This doesn't mean that we don't feel any emotion, rather that we have a tool that can neutralise excessive emotion. EFT is so easy to apply and is an amazing self help tool, it works extremely quickly and is great for children where many of our emotional problems start! Click here for more info....
In 2007 - Flower Essences - (using blends of various essences to provide a prescription essence for the client)
Kerry did again extentive study into flower essences and their effects on the body, physically, mentally, emotional and spiritually, her speciality became focus on the brain and the limbic system and how if we experience a trauma how it can basically shut down!
Flower essences are tools for transformation, catalysts for change, they work by enhancing the positive aspects of the qualities of mind, emotion and personality. By flooding a person or animal with positive qualities the negative aspects or lack of positive are dissolved, and health is restored. Once we identify the areas that need addressing we can put them back into balance naturally, animals and children particularly respond very well to flower essence therapy. Kerry has found blending a personal prescription essence from a choice of many different manufactuers for either people or animals extremely benefical and has seen excellent results in promoting well being.
