It has direct access to an extensive network of bridleways leading to Polesden Lacey, Box Hill, Bookham Common and Holmwood.Denbies offers a first class service to both horse and rider. We want you to enjoy keeping your horse at a well run, friendly, yet high quality yard that will attend to your horses every need. Our primary concern is making sure your horse and you are happy and can enjoy your time together.
The yard is ideally located to prime competition venues such as Great Bookham EC, Oldencraig EC, Sands Farm and Royal Leisure, as well as being within easy reach of J9 of the M25, 10 minutes from the A3 and 5 minutes from a mainline train stations. Wimbledon is just 30 minutes from our doorstep.

Denbies is now run by Emily Taggart who predominantly competes BE and BD as well as taking on horses for schooling, selling, breaking and competing.
Lisa Potter, who has over 30 years of experience competing and working with horses, began her career aged 13, when she started jumping horses with special permission from the BSJA. By the age of 14, she had progressed to Young Riders competitions, where her successes include being placed 3rd in the Young Riders Championship of Great Britain aged 15, and jumping at HOYS. She has also competed in International Area Trials and Derbys.
At this time Lisa was training under Jabeena Maslin, who trialled for the Olympics.
Lisa Potter has worked on and run a variety of yards, including hunting yards and therapy yards. She was head girl for Lynn Russell for 3 years showing her Working Cobs and Hunters. Lisa has won Working Hunter classes at Royal Windsor and the Royal International, in addition to winning National Champion titles in the British Show Hack and Working Cob classes. She was also placed 4th at HOYS in the Working Hunter class and 2nd in the Ridden Cob class. She has also won and been placed at numerous County Shows (Click Here for news Article).
Lisa has successfully run Denbies Stables for 7 years and also competes clients' horses. She has had many wins in Dressage and also won the Balanced Horse Feeds Supreme Championship. Lisa currently trains under dressage rider Driess Roeufs, who regularly visits Denbies Stables. Training is available from both Lisa and Driess.
