Stud Farm Austerson is located 2 miles west of the historic town of Nantwich, within the rolling countryside of Cheshire. Stud Farm Austerson began breeding in 2002 selecting the very best foundation broodmares that we could find. These mares provide the precious blood that is found in todays elite jumping horses.Stud Farm Austerson always study very carefully breeding pedigree`s when selecting stallions for our mares taking into account temperament and ridability. We aim to make the best cross to provide the ultimate showjumping horse.

We offer Frozen, Chilled and Fresh Semen for Artificial Insemination. To whichever Stallion you may choose.
Our success rate in the year 2008 was 90% of mares confirmed in-foal to chilled and frozen.
Our Veterinary Surgeon is second to none specialising in problem mares. Our prices are extremely competative so please feel free to give us a call to discuss your requirements.

Our disease control protcol is very thorough so our clients can trust that their horses will be safe in our environment.
Mares and foals can enjoy turn out in individual paddocks and stabling in 14ft x 20ft boxes and 14ft x 14ft boxes for mares without a foal.
Foaling Down Service
For breeders who dont always have the facilites or time to foal their mares, Stud Farm Austerson offers a Foaling Down service for "mums to be" with over 30 years experience and Vet on site.
All mares foal in the comfort of 14ft x 20ft boxes under 24 hour supervision. CCTV and foaling Alarms are used as standard. Birthing can be recorded should you wish to keep your special moment.
We also offer an opportunity for mare owners to be present at the birth of their foals should they wish to gain experience or just be part of the magical moment.
