Sambourne Donkey Sanctuary

The Sanctuary was founded in 1994 and registered with the Charity Commission Number 1039612 'for the relief of charity against animals generally'. The Sanctuary wishes to expand and raise 1 Million Pounds to purchase additional farmland to provide a secure home and furniture for more animals and pets to live their lives without stress in modern new buildings - a paradise on earth for all animals.

Our longest resident is "lucky" our black cat who came to us in 1994 when he was 4. His owner had died - he loves it at the sanctuary. We welcome and rely on donations and grateful for any amount given no matter how small. Without donations the anctuary would not survive. We thank everyone for their kind support and generousity.
