Palomino Horses

JJ Pale Rose`s Foal Palomino Filly - AQHA / This filly, born 4/30/07, is by a deep golden palomino Skipper W bred stallion. In addition to his heavy Weiscamp breeding, her sire also is a great-grandson of Reserve World Champion/Superior Halter stallion Coosa (HYPP N/N, and sire of World Champion, Reserve World Champion, and Superior Halter and Performance Offspring).

The filly`s dam is by a son of Top Ten World Show/Superior Halter stallion Coolest Reflection, who is by World/Reserve World Champion Coolest, by World Champion/Superior Halter stallion Ima Cool Skip. Also on her papers are Te N Kim (daughter of Te N Te with 102 Halter points), PHBA World Champion/AQHA Top Ten World Show/Superior Halter My Skip Vanzi, World Champion producer Temon (who is by World Champion Halter stallion Mr Sonny Money), and 2x AQHA Top Ten World Show/Superior Halter stallion My Skip Ashwood.

She started a pretty deep golden shade of palomino, but is now (July) shedding out to a dark chocolate shade, with mane/tail coming in white. She could also have her dam`s gray gene, only time will tell for sure just what color this pretty gal will finish. She should mature to around 15.0 - 15.2 hh, and should make an excellent Halter, Longeline, Performance, or All-Around prospect someday.

This filly, born 5/25/07, is by a gold dun champagne son of PHBA World Champion Halter stallion My Skip Vanzi (AQHA Top Ten World Show, Superior Halter, World Champion Sire), who is by My Skip Ashwood (2x AQHA Top Ten World Show, Superior Halter, ROM Performance). The filly's sire is out of a halter point earning daughter of AQHA High Point Halter Horse Skip My Cool (Superior Halter with 139.5 Points) who is also by My Skip Vanzi and out of Superior Halter mare Melody Beauty (86 Halter Points), a daughter of Top Ten World Show/Superior Halter stallion Beaus My Daddy (139 Halter Points) and out of a Superior Halter mare Dee Dee Melody (65 Halter and 48 Performance Points). Also on her sire's papers is Real Luck (60 Halter and 14 Performance Points) who is by AQHA Champion Beatle Luck (Superior Halter with 303 Points, and ROM Performance with 48.5 Points).

The filly's dam is a granddaughter of Sonoita's Chant (16 Halter Points) who is by AQHA Champion/High Point Performance Horse Dick Sonoita (Superior Halter with 68 Points, and Superior Performance with 73 Points). Also on her papers are Missin Spark (166 Performance Points), as well as AQHA Champion Pine Wampy (17 Halter Points and Performance ROM with 26.5 Points, and sire of World Champion, Superior Halter and Performance Offspring). This filly appears to be palomino, possibly with dun too (dunalino). She is expected to mature to around 14.3 - 15.1 hh, and should make an excellent Cutting, Reining, Roping, Working Cowhorse, All-Around Ranch or other performance prospect someday, or just a flashy trail mount if preferred.
