Colville Stud

Colville Stud is a family run business set in rural Lincolnshire. We have 70 acres of grassland split into individual post and rail paddocks or larger hedged paddocks for visiting mares and their foals. Stabling and exercise on a horse walker is available if required. We are able to monitor foaling with close-circuit television and have veterinary attention on call at all times. All of our stallions have been chosen because of their excellent temperaments as well as their conformation, pedigree and own performance. We aim to give mare owners a wide choice for their mares, all at very reasonable cost. We have a mixture of thoroughbred, sport horse, competition stallions along with a Welsh Section A. Several young stock can be seen on any visit. We are always willing to discuss stallion choice with mare owners to assist them to breed the best possible foal from their mare. Our stallions have competed in eventing, show jumping, dressage and showing as well as being excellent hunters. The thoroughbred stallions all have excellent bloodlines for flat or national hunt racing. Please contact us with any queries or to discuss your requirements.
