Of course, this Courville son had already made a name for himself in International jumping as Little One, but he seems equally competent as producer of showjumping horses. Her granddam Alanda is a very successful showjumper in Holland, with numerous wins and successes. In 1994 she was 4th in the Dutch Showjumping Championships {the top placed mare}.

Honey’s Damn is by Furioso Z which descends from Furioso II. For many years, Furioso II was ranked in the top three sires of leading money winners in Germany. Furioso II had winners in all disciplines. His showjumping stars included: FBI (with Thomas Frühmann}, Heissman (ridden by Eric Van Der Vleuten, then Michael Matz} and For Pleasure (team gold at Atlanta}. Furioso II’s most influential son is Voltaire - out of a mare by another classic sire of jumping horses, Gotthard. Voltaire is the sire of 33 approved sons and top jumpers like Finesse and Altaire.

In dressage, Furioso‘s son, Purioso is the sire of numerous stars including Anky van Grunsven’s Grand Prix horse Cocktail (who is the sire of Jazz}
